Employees are also eligible for the 401K Cafeteria Plan after one year service. Instead of the seven (7) paid holidays that most companies offer, we have eleven (11) days, earned paid sick days and vacation time. We also offer on the job training. At Alladin Plastics, we believe people make the difference and many of our staff members have been with us for 25 years or longer.
